Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – NUROWEARS

At NUROWEARS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering premium-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a transparent and structured return, refund, and exchange process.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
  • For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory to validate claims related to missing or incorrect items.
  • Requests raised beyond the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests are accepted for:
    • Size issues
    • Eligible replacements
    • Approved quality concerns
  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
    • Returned with original packaging and tags intact
  • If the requested product or size is unavailable, customers may opt for:
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund (as applicable)

3. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on service coverage in your PIN code.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.
  • If pickup is not completed within 24–48 hours, please contact us for assistance.

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • The following charges will be deducted from the refundable amount:
    • Shipping charges
    • Processing fees
    • COD charges (if applicable)
    • Return handling charges
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Innerwear products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

6. Custom Orders

  • All custom-made or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • These orders are produced specifically based on customer requirements; hence, they are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

7. Defective Items

  • In case of serious defects, customers must contact us with clear product images/videos.
  • After verification and approval, an eligible refund or replacement will be processed as per policy terms.
